The San Diego Comic-Con, in 2022, is barely around the way. In this iteration, the world’s largest celebration of comic books and all other forms of pop culture returns, following a reduced ceremony in 2019 and no in-person attendance in 2020. For the past few years, Henry Cavill’s status as Superman has been uncertain, but the actor might make things plain at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con.
Like every year, fans anticipate some significant news during Comic Con 2022. The rumour that Henry Cavill will make a surprise appearance to confirm his comeback as Superman in a future DCEU movie is one of them. Despite the fact that Cavill hasn’t appeared in a standalone Superman movie since Man of Steel, there are rumours that the actor might once again don the red cape.
There is “talk that Henry Cavill will put in a surprise visit [at San Diego Comic-Con] to talk up more Superman,”. There have already been rumours that Cavill’s Superman would make a brief appearance in Black Adam, the next superhero movie starring Dwayne Johnson. Warner Bros. will highlight Shazam! and Black Adam, two key DCEU projects, at Comic-Con this year. In Zack Snyder’s Justice League, a director’s cut of 2017’s Justice League, Cavill made his final appearance as Superman.
